The role involves managing data center IT projects, supervising employees, and ensuring compliance with DoD regulations. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, IT experience, and knowledge of industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients
• Implement DoD IT policies and procedures
• Manage Data Center IT projects and operations
• Supervise employees
• Ensure compliance with DFARS and FAR regulations
• Manage performance-based contract TOs

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience with DoD IT policies and procedures
• Familiarity with DoD security requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in an IT environment
• 3-5 years of working knowledge of large, complex IT environments
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to Data Center operations
• Knowledge of DFARS and FAR regulations
• Experience with the ITIL framework
