Job Description

Centuria, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, seeks a Helpdesk Systems Administrator to provide Tier II support, manage on-call duties, and utilize BMC Remedy for incident management. The role involves diagnosing and resolving IT issues, prioritizing incidents, and maintaining the EITSM knowledge base.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier II support
  • Manage on-call duties
  • Attend shift standups
  • Utilize BMC Remedy for incident management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • IAT II Certification (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent)
  • ITIL v3 Certification or newer
  • 3-5 years of IT incident resolution experience
  • Experience in IT Customer Service
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Experience with ITIL helpdesk methodologies
  • Experience utilizing an ACD call center system
