As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape and execute the product roadmap for Minted’s operational systems, driving efficiency, improving customer experience, and supporting company growth.
Responsibilities
Contribute to product vision and roadmap for Fulfillment and Operations systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features
Drive product initiatives to optimize systems and platform infrastructure
Gather and analyze requirements, translating them into product specifications
Write product requirements and user stories, prioritize features and bugs
Manage project execution and communicate status updates
Monitor and analyze product metrics, identifying areas for improvement
Develop and implement scalable processes for monitoring customer feedback
Contribute to the implementation of service-oriented capabilities
Advocate for customer-centric thinking
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of product management experience in fulfillment or operations
Proven ability to gather and analyze requirements and manage project execution
Experience leading a product area while undergoing a replatform to a services architecture
Strong understanding of product metrics and data-driven decision-making
