Job Description

Maven is seeking a Lead Analytics Engineer to design and develop data models for the Go-to-Market, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Customer Success teams. The role involves building scalable data infrastructure, automating enrollment forecasts, and collaborating with various teams to optimize data structures and insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data transformation and analytics infrastructure
• Build tools for enrollment forecasts
• Partner with GTM Architect and Salesforce Admin
• Develop data structures for financial and GTM reporting
• Drive operational efficiency
• Act as a bridge between teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of analytics or data science experience
• 2+ years of SaaS experience
• 3+ years developing revenue reporting and forecasting models
• Fluency in SQL and proficiency in SQL development
• Hands-on experience with Python or R
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Proficient in data modeling and visualization platforms
• Skilled in using dbt
• Experienced in managing Data Lakes or Data Warehouses
• Strong communication skills
• Familiar with working with APIs
• Knowledge of Salesforce data structures
