Job Description

Maven is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive the sales process for mid-sized employers. This role involves creating market demand, developing prospect strategies, and architecting deals to drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital health, employer benefits, or healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

  • Create market demand
  • Develop a detailed plan for meeting targets
  • Drive pipeline through outreach and partnerships
  • Secure meetings with HR buyers
  • Act as the CEO of the territory
  • Position Maven’s value proposition
  • Assess buyers
  • Drive and achieve sales goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience
  • 2+ years of experience selling into HR or similar functions
  • Experience in digital health, employer benefits, and/or healthcare systems
  • Located on the West Coast or in a major geography west of Chicago
  • Exceptional sales performance history
  • Experience leading end-to-end sales processes
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to travel ~30% of the month
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Growth mindset
