Robinhood is seeking a curious, growth-minded Engineering Manager to lead the Cloud Security and Detection & Response teams. This role involves setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap for cloud security, managing day-to-day operations, mentoring engineers, and ensuring high technical standards. The ideal candidate will have experience leading engineering teams, a strong software engineering background, and experience in Security, Detection & Response, or Cloud Security.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap around Cloud Security and Detection & Response platform
• Manage day-to-day operations including project prioritization and sprint planning
• Collaborate with other teams
• Provide mentorship to engineers
• Support engineers' professional growth
• Ensure high technical standards
• Build partnerships and collaborate across organizations
• Partner with product teams

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams
• Strong software engineering background
• Background in Security, Detection & Response, or Cloud Security
• Ability to enable developers
