Job Description

This role at Robinhood involves leading and executing global compliance programs, policies, and frameworks to support high performance and safety. The manager will develop a centralized PX auditing and reporting workstream, ensuring compliance across various areas and acting as a single point of contact for agencies. Responsibilities

• Lead and implement HR compliance programs and initiatives
• Develop and maintain compliance tracking frameworks and internal controls
• Conduct audits of HR processes and develop remediation plans
• Collaborate with compliance teams to align programs
• Manage external counsel and regional experts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of experience in Regulatory, Compliance, or Legal field within HR
• Exceptional program and project management skills
• Deep knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and data privacy requirements
