As a Technical Product Partner, Enterprise in the GTM team, you will work directly with end customers, owning strategy and execution for product integrations and API-driven solutions, mirroring the responsibilities of a hands-on AI startup CTO.
Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end solutions to meet customer needs
Own end-to-end product experience and technical execution for 3P product integrations
Keep tabs on new API products and collect customer feedback
Identify product gaps and prioritize based on revenue opportunity
Make full-stack contributions to xAI tooling or products
Author or contribute to technical design docs
Track and optimize growth of partner products post-launch
Improve model performance by system prompt tuning
Improve xAI SDKs or developer documentation
Requirements
Strong passion for solving real-world business problems
Proven track record of shipping high-quality code
Ability to navigate ambiguity
Strong communication skills
Emphasis on designing and maintaining robust AI-driven solutions
Proficiency in working with large codebases
Software engineering experience
Great verbal and written communication skills in English
Background in full stack with in-depth understanding of product architecture
Strong instincts around product / user experience
Experience in AI or machine learning product implementation with APIs
