Job Description

Seeking an experienced Barista Supervisor to lead in-house coffee and food service operations, overseeing a team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering exceptional service. This role requires barista expertise, leadership skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor baristas, providing feedback and fostering a positive work environment
• Manage daily operations, including workstations and food safety compliance
• Oversee high-quality beverage and snack service to enhance workplace satisfaction
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of supplies
• Monitor and improve service quality, implementing efficient processes and identifying new menu opportunities
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and collaborating on operational enhancements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of customer service experience, with 1+ year in a supervisory role
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift/carry up to 25 lbs
• Availability for 1st shift with flexibility for overtime or weekends
• Proficiency with manual espresso machines
• Understanding of food safety/sanitation
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask, resolve conflicts, and motivate teams
