Job Description

As a Director, Product Management (Social Platforms) you’ll help define and scale a product that brings meaningful connection and utility to professionals. You will own the end-to-end journey across discussion forums, content creation, and engagement systems, including the Fishbowl app. Your focus will be on building intentional ecosystems that deepen interaction and create sustained professional value.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for community experience
  • Lead and mentor a team of PMs
  • Design systems for user interaction and support
  • Build features and feedback loops
  • Develop tooling for contributors
  • Reinforce identity and trust
  • Define and track community health
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience
  • Experience scaling social, UGC, or community products
  • Deep understanding of engagement systems and contributor psychology
  • Experience designing tools for power users or community leaders
  • Ability to think systemically
  • Strong sense for quality
  • Empathy for professionals
  • Executive presence and clear communication skills
