Job Description

Lead is a fintech building banking infrastructure for embedded financial products and services. They are looking for an engineering manager to lead an experienced engineering team to deliver new banking services for enterprise customers and expand existing services.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• 2+ years of engineering management experience
• Experience building products from the ground up
• Ability to define and communicate technical vision
• Experience building and nurturing cultures of operational excellence
• Ability to set a roadmap and goals for a team
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Previous exposure to making business-level tradeoffs
• Good instincts matched with deep analytical thinking
• Passion to understand customer needs
