Responsibilities
Lead design direction for major product areas
Explore designs, create prototypes, conduct research
Craft visually compelling designs
Collaborate with partners to translate strategy into initiatives
Evolve product vision, design systems, and collaboration process
Work with marketing, growth, and engineering to deliver solutions
Set a high bar for craft and quality
Requirements
5+ years of UX/UI design experience
Strong visual design and prototyping skills
Excellent storytelling and communication skills
Ability to design simple solutions to complex problems
Experience with user research and usability testing
