Job Description

Lead and scale Apollo’s Affiliate Program into a major growth channel. Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of the affiliate program, with a focus on unlocking new revenue through partner expansion and vertical diversification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale Apollo’s Affiliate Program
  • Test into new affiliate verticals and opportunities
  • Accelerate performance with existing partners
  • Manage and mentor a dedicated team member
  • Identify and recruit high-potential affiliate partners
  • Design and execute campaigns, promotions, and creative initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze performance KPIs regularly
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Leverage PartnerStack
  • Maintain best practices in compliance, tracking, attribution, and communication

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner management, or performance marketing
  • Demonstrated success in owning and growing affiliate programs
  • Experience testing and scaling new partner verticals and emerging affiliate channels
  • Strong performance and analytical mindset
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships
  • Experience working with PRM tools
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy
  • Managed at least one direct report
