Job Description

Lucid Motors seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Software Digital team, specializing in Infotainment, Controls, ADAS, Connectivity, or Battery & Charging. The role involves managing complex cross-functional programs, ensuring adherence to Functional Safety requirements, and driving technical discussions with module vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Automotive/Embedded system integration and leading global projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Connected Car use cases including OTA software updates and data management
• Create and execute release timeline plans for Infotainment System software
• Coordinate work between hardware and software teams
• Ensure adherence to Functional Safety requirements
• Facilitate product requirement and HMI feature documentation
• Drive technical discussions with module vendors
• Manage V2X Vehicle to Everything technologies
• Drive engineering teams sprint execution using Agile framework
• Communicate program status to software teams and executives
• Define and communicate dependencies between hardware, software, and suppliers
• Work with resource managers and technical leads to define effort and timing plans

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of Technical Program management experience in In-Vehicle Infotainment & connectivity
• Experience in Automotive/Embedded system integration
• Experience leading global projects
• Experience with Jira and/or JAMA
• PMP/Scrum Master Certification preferred
