Job Description

Lucid Motors is looking for a Senior IT Helpdesk Technician to troubleshoot technical issues, provide user support, manage accounts, and perform hardware support. The role involves software installation, documentation, and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to accurately document issues
  • 7+ years of experience in a helpdesk or desktop support role
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent IT certification preferred
