The Value Leader will ensure that the transformation initiatives deliver measurable value to the organization. The Value Lead focuses on overseeing the identification, tracking, and realization of the expected benefits from transformation projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, and making sure the organization achieves its strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define measurable value metrics aligned with business objectives
• Ensure transformation initiatives are driven by articulated business value
• Develop a benefit realization plan to track expected benefits
• Set up a process for tracking progress on metrics
• Ensure benefits are realized as planned and take corrective actions
• Measure outcomes against the value proposition
• Communicate the value delivered by transformation initiatives
• Create reports and presentations demonstrating value realization
• Ensure stakeholders understand the business impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of business processes, change management, and project management
• Proven track record of leading and implementing business transformation initiatives
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
