Job Description

Join the team as a Maintenance Technician to perform regular maintenance, train new team members, plan and prioritize work, and ensure safe and efficient maintenance activities. The role requires knowledge of building systems, problem-solving skills, and the ability to supervise and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training new team members
• Evaluate systems for maintenance or repairs
• Plan work priorities and obtain supplies
• Attend weekly department meetings
• Delegate assignments based on skills
• Ensure safe and effective work completion
• Assist with technical issues
• Track and log workers' time and materials
• Coordinate safety meetings and KPI metrics
• Update KPI boards
• Assist in printing and modifying work orders
• Schedule downtime PMs and validate parts
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies
• Perform other related duties

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of building systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least five years of maintenance experience
• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer
• Ability to traverse the property
• Ability to perform repairs
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Valid US driver's license and clean driving record
