Job Description

Lucid Motors seeks a Program Manager to support Employee Engagement and Culture & Belonging, orchestrating strategic initiatives to enhance employee experience, engagement, inclusive leadership, and psychological safety. The role involves managing and executing the culture & engagement strategy, including surveys, training, and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute Culture & Engagement Strategic Plan initiatives
  • Lead Cross-Functional Program Management and build culture dashboards
  • Integrate Culture & Engagement into hiring and learning programs
  • Lead the annual culture survey process
  • Manage bi-monthly pulse survey data
  • Handle logistics for Culture & Engagement workshops
  • Enhance the New Hire Orientation
  • Use employee engagement and culture analytics to identify trends
  • Ensure the accuracy and visibility of KPIs

Requirements

  • 5+ years in HR, DEI, Culture, or L&D program/project management roles
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Familiarity with engagement and culture measurement tools
  • Experience building and scaling programs in a high-growth organization
  • Proficient in tools like Asana, Tableau, Smartsheet
  • Strong understanding of effective & inclusive leadership
