Job Description

As the Sr. Technical Program Manager, you will work for the Chief Engineer of a specified vehicle program and design for the future of electric vehicles. You will lead cross-functional teams to achieve design, attributes, and cost targets, ensuring no engineering problems go unsolved.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams for vehicle design and development
• Track vehicle status and provide direction for action items
• Report engineering status in weekly executive reviews
• Define and implement best-in-class processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company
• Manage multiple complex projects
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 20%

Requirements

• 5+ years of automotive industry experience
• Experience with project management tools
• Understanding of physics and material science
• Experience in prototype assembly, vehicle assembly, or vehicle service
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes
• BS/BEng or MS/MEng in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
