Job Description

Lucid Technologies seeks a Senior Product & Systems Engineer to integrate Lucid’s technologies into external customer applications, lead programs, and shape product roadmaps. Responsibilities include leading technical integration, defining specifications, and acting as a technical supplier, with a focus on electric powertrain systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for customers integrating electric powertrain systems
• Collaborate with business development to define Statements of Work
• Translate customer needs into product specifications
• Lead hardware development process
• Act as primary point of contact for hardware integration
• Represent the voice of the customer internally
• Review test plans and oversee validation
• Support readiness for mass production
• Define and implement engineering processes
• Identify technical risks and drive resolution
• Travel domestically and internationally as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in automotive or electric powertrain systems
• Strong technical knowledge of electric vehicle subsystems
• Experience in design release engineering, low-volume production, and customer-facing roles
• Expert proficiency in 3D CAD and GD&T
• Hands-on experience with prototyping tools
• Expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action processes
• Familiarity with systems engineering tools and methodologies
