Job Description

As a member of the HV Mechanical Design team, you will develop cutting-edge components for HV Batteries that will directly impact performance, safety, and efficiency. You will drive every stage of the process, from concept to production, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of core HV battery components from concept through production
• Continuously optimize designs for cost and performance
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
• Design prototypes, create 3D CAD models, and develop test plans
• Embrace new challenges and expand engineering skills

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced engineering environment
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles
• Strong skills in 3D CAD
• Experience with root cause analysis methods
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with prototyping and shop tools
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
