Job Description

As a Test and Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated test systems for drive units and powertrain components, leading or supporting testing, and collaborating with senior engineers to drive test cases and support Design Verification and Product Reliability (DVPR) activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize automated test systems for EV drive units and powertrain components
• Lead or support performance, durability, and environmental tests
• Collaborate with senior engineers to drive test cases and support DVPR activities
• Analyze and interpret test data using numerical tools
• Develop and execute test plans and validation procedures
• Work with design engineers to identify issues and improve powertrain designs
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of test processes
• Support junior engineers and technicians

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in test automation, performance testing, and data analysis
• Strong experience with test automation tools and numerical analysis software
• Experience in managing and performing HALT, environmental testing, and durability testing for automotive components
• Strong knowledge of test equipment calibration and performance metrics
