Job Description

Seeking a talented CAE Analyst to develop state-of-the-art thermo-electric and thermal-fluid models for HV battery components and power electronics. The role involves advanced simulations, cross-functional collaboration, and optimization of designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain thermal-fluid and thermal-electric models
• Perform FEA and CFD simulations
• Collaborate with teams to evaluate designs
• Develop optimization methods for components
• Support design engineers
• Perform post-test reviews
• Develop and apply analysis techniques

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in CFD, FEA, and multi-physics CAE
• Experience with ANSYS Fluent, ANSYS Icepak, and/or ANSYS Mechanical
• Knowledge of multidisciplinary CAE
• Experience in thermal modeling
• Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals
• Geometry cleanup skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability to design experiments
• Strong documentation practices
