As a Service Advisor at Lucid, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring an exceptional customer experience at all steps of the service process.
Responsibilities
Ensure clients are informed throughout the service experience
Conduct comprehensive inspections and check-in processes for customer vehicles
Check in new vehicles and document transport damage
Manage and facilitate loaner agreements
Uphold the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) KPI
Review and revise work orders after technicians complete their tasks
Address and correct any warranty claim rejections
Acquire customer signatures for service authorization and invoice
Explain invoices to customers
Greet incoming service clients, answer and direct phone calls
Ensure that work done meets Lucid's exacting standards
Requirements
2-5 years previous automotive experience in a Service Advisor role
Excellent interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and creative thinking skills
Ability to articulate and document details
Ability to tailor and explain automotive terminology
Proficiency in computer applications
Full-time availability, including weekends
Willingness to complete CPR training
Must possess a valid driver license
AA/BS in Automotive Technology or Business Management (preferred)
Knowledge of HV systems, LV systems, and EV powertrains (preferred)
