Job Description

As a Service Advisor at Lucid, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring an exceptional customer experience at all steps of the service process.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure clients are informed throughout the service experience
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections and check-in processes for customer vehicles
  • Check in new vehicles and document transport damage
  • Manage and facilitate loaner agreements
  • Uphold the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) KPI
  • Review and revise work orders after technicians complete their tasks
  • Address and correct any warranty claim rejections
  • Acquire customer signatures for service authorization and invoice
  • Explain invoices to customers
  • Greet incoming service clients, answer and direct phone calls
  • Ensure that work done meets Lucid's exacting standards

Requirements

  • 2-5 years previous automotive experience in a Service Advisor role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to articulate and document details
  • Ability to tailor and explain automotive terminology
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Full-time availability, including weekends
  • Willingness to complete CPR training
  • Must possess a valid driver license
  • AA/BS in Automotive Technology or Business Management (preferred)
  • Knowledge of HV systems, LV systems, and EV powertrains (preferred)
  • Start-up experience (preferred)
