Job Description

The Service Assistant position works with the service team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, requiring the ability to handle a rapidly changing workload and prioritize accordingly. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience and develop a career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer experience
• Perform vehicle drives (drop-off/pick-up, runs to Bodyshop, test charging)
• Arrange Lyft rides for vehicle moves
• Assist with Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and vehicle hand-over
• Assist technicians with basic repairs
• Perform other duties like moving vehicles, delivering parts, and washing vehicles

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Basic automotive knowledge
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Willingness to complete CPR training
• Valid driver license with no suspensions
