Job Description
Experienced engineer to lead integration efforts across multiple systems and SW for Archer’s eVTOL aircraft, focusing on hands-on integration and problem solving.
Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional planning, execution, and troubleshooting of eVTOL aircraft integration
Provide feedback on integration issues to system/SW teams and collaborate on resolutions
Ensure continuity of integration learnings to prototype aircraft functional testing
Collaborate with lab staff on continuous process and infrastructure improvements
Requirements
BS/MS in relevant engineering field
8+ years of experience in complex systems (aircraft or automotive)
In-depth knowledge in powertrain, flight controls, or avionics
Strong trouble-shooting and collaboration skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Competent in lab work and engineering analysis
Experience with programming languages e.g. Python
Experience with Model-Based Design using tools e.g. Matlab/Simulink
