Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Fleet Maintenance Technicians and Vehicle Reliability Engineers
Develop training programs
Foster a culture of safety and continuous learning
Oversee inspections, maintenance, and repair activities
Ensure effective diagnostic processes and root cause analyses
Collaborate with engineering teams
Support issue investigations
Lead troubleshooting efforts
Standardize technical reporting
Establish and refine preventative maintenance programs
Work closely with engineering, operations, and safety teams
Communicate key performance metrics
Requirements
7+ years of experience in fleet operations or related fields
Strong leadership experience
Proficiency in troubleshooting vehicle systems
Familiarity with Linux-based diagnostics and CAN systems
Experience with autonomous vehicle systems is desirable
Solid understanding of computer networking fundamentals
