Job Description

Seeking a motivated retail sales rep to engage and close sales leads for a cutting-edge e-commerce AI company. This full-time, remote position involves re-engaging customers, driving sales conversions, and helping eCommerce brands recover lost revenue.

Responsibilities

• Engage customer leads through conversations
• Adopt merchant's brand voice and understand products
• Become a subject matter expert for assigned merchants
• Identify gaps in internal processes and implement improvements
• Maintain internal documentation
• Collaborate with the product team to address improvement opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with sales processes or CRM systems is a plus
