As a Senior Client Implementation Lead, you will guide clients through the Kraken Operating Model, building their understanding, and empowering them to operate effectively, from initial pre-build conversations to the transfer phase.

Be an important part of the process planning discussions

Thrive in a 1:1 setting working on development of senior client leaders and your team-members
Provide bespoke advice and coaching to push clients to the next level
Be involved in high-level group programs focussing on Influential Management, Assertive Communication and Principled Decision-making
