Job Description

Senior Product Designers at Weedmaps are motivated team players with a deep understanding of user-centered design, and a passion for creating experiences people love. You will identify, evaluate, and improve critical user journeys, making data-driven design decisions. You will collaborate with various teams to identify needs, define requirements, discover solutions, execute, and ship. You will also maintain and push the boundaries of our design system.

• Maintain and push the boundaries of our design system
• Prototype and test interactions and user experiences
• Use data and analytics to make informed decisions
• Participate in group critiques
• Create design artifacts

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Portfolio showcasing human-centered designs
• Ability to lead or work independently
• Experience designing and conducting usability tests
• Experience using analytics for data-driven decisions
• Experience working with design systems
• Experience in B2C eCommerce and/or B2B SaaS is a plus
