Vacasa seeks hard-working employees to maintain vacation homes, including housekeeping, organizing, and corresponding with local and central teams. Hours vary seasonally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain homes and housekeeping duties
• Manage a team and ensure training and adherence to policies
• Respond to guest and homeowner concerns
• Develop relationships with property owners
• Perform light home maintenance
• Conduct regular inspections
• Meet Vacasa standards and metrics
• Manage a budget
• Partner with Business Development Representative
• Establish collaborative relationships
• Provide cross-coverage
