Vacasa seeks a highly organized individual to maintain a portfolio of local vacation homes, assisting with housekeeping, addressing guest and homeowner concerns, and serving as a property knowledge expert. This is a seasonal, part-time position.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties
• Manage a team
• Support guest and homeowner concerns
• Develop relationships with property owners
• Perform light home maintenance
• Conduct regular inspections
• Meet Vacasa standards
• Manage a budget
• Partner with Business Development Representative
• Establish relationships with team members
• Provide cross-coverage
