Vacasa is seeking a self-motivated and organized individual to join their Laundry & Linen team for the summer season. The role involves keeping laundry and linens clean, sorted, folded, and ready for guests.
Responsibilities
Wash and dry laundry items
Sort, fold, label, and organize laundry items
Ensure supplies are prepared in a timely manner
Pick up and drop off supplies as needed
Utilize tools, chemicals, and products to clean to company standards
Observe and report any damage or potential hazards
Operate commercial washers and dryers
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships
Attend meetings
Assist colleagues and management
Perform other tasks as needed
Requirements
Daytime and weekend availability
Reliable transportation
Ability to work well under pressure
Highly responsive and reliable
Strong attention to detail and self-motivated
Prior experience in linen care is preferred
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
Ability to reach, push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist
Operate machinery and use cleaning products
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Comfortable working with iPhones, computers, and the internet/email
