Vacasa seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance tasks for vacation homes. Responsibilities include general repairs, preventative maintenance, and responding to guest issues. The role requires travel between worksites and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance tasks and projects
• Ensure homes are well maintained
• Respond to guest maintenance issues
• Establish collaborative relationships with team members
• Maintain hot tubs
• Collect and remove trash
• Ensure follow through on assigned tasks
• Maintain required Maintenance Metrics
• Coordinate with third-party service providers
• Attend meetings

Requirements

• 2 years of property maintenance experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone and personal email
• Ability to lift over 20 lbs
• Self-motivated and customer service oriented
• Ability to see projects through
• Ability to assess problems and provide solutions
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Comfortable with computers and smart devices
