Vacasa is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance tasks and support the quality of their vacation homes. The role involves completing maintenance tasks, responding to guest issues, and coordinating with service providers.
Responsibilities
Complete maintenance tasks and projects
Ensure homes are well maintained
Respond to guest maintenance issues
Maintain relationships with team members and management
Maintain hot tubs
Collect and remove trash
Ensure follow through on assigned tasks
Maintain required Maintenance Metrics
Coordinate with third-party service providers
Attend mandatory meetings
Requirements
2 years of property maintenance experience (preferred)
