Vacasa seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance tasks and support the quality of their vacation homes. Responsibilities include general repairs, preventative maintenance, responding to guest issues, and coordinating with service providers. The role requires a flexible schedule and involves travel between worksites.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance tasks and projects
• Ensure homes are well maintained
• Respond to guest issues
• Establish and maintain relationships with team members
• Maintain hot tubs
• Collect and remove trash
• Ensure follow through on assigned tasks
• Maintain required metrics
• Coordinate with service providers
• Attend meetings

Requirements

• 2 years of property maintenance experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone and personal email
• Ability to lift over 20 lbs
• Self-motivated and customer service oriented
• Ability to see projects through
• Ability to assess problems and provide solutions
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Comfortable with computers and smart devices
