BillionToOne is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a sales team in the Mid-Atlantic region, focusing on prenatal diagnostics. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing a team, and building relationships with OBGYNs and MFMs to promote their single-gene NIPT screen.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategy and business plan
• Lead and manage sales team
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop representatives
• Develop customized pitches
• Analyze sales results and identify trends

Requirements

• 4+ years of field sales management experience in molecular diagnostics/genetics
• Experience selling to OBGYNs, MFMs, and GCs
• Strong experience in hiring, developing, and motivating sales teams
• Demonstrated sales track record
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to assess needs of OBGYNs and MFMs
