Job Description

The Field Customer Success Manager builds and maintains relationships with strategic customers, helping them achieve their goals through Auctane products and services. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities for efficiency and monetization, with a focus on carrier choice and e-commerce best practices. This remote position requires in-market presence in Denver, Colorado or Salt Lake City, Utah, with significant travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze accounts for efficiency and monetization opportunities
  • Initiate escalations for complex issues
  • Meet with customers to inform them of potential savings and changes
  • Communicate trending issues and product suggestions internally
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Assist support staff with escalated customer conversations
  • Travel to customer locations and provide in-person guidance and partnership

Requirements

  • Four or more years of account management and/or customer service experience
  • Experience with B2B or SaaS software preferred
  • Experience in call de-escalation preferred
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • Based locally in the Denver or Salt Lake City market
