Job Description

Userlane seeks a highly motivated Senior Partner Manager to develop alliances with top-tier global system integrators, specialist consulting partners, and relevant ISVs in the US market. The role involves driving relationships with senior executives and executing growth plans to achieve a >200% targeted growth rate.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target relevant GSI/Consulting practices to recruit and enable them as Userlane partners
  • Develop relationships with top-tier SI/Consulting companies
  • Develop and execute growth plans and drive joint sales programs
  • Communicate Userlane value proposition and build business cases
  • Structure and negotiate alliance agreements
  • Ensure partners receive sales and technical enablement
  • Facilitate partner success within Userlane ecosystem
  • Educate partners on DAP leadership
  • Align and work closely with the Sales Leadership Team

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience with at least five years owning partnerships in a complex enterprise sector, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Experience working with system integrators in the US
  • Experience navigating complex processes and communicating with C-level executives
  • Highly skilled in negotiating contracts and growth plans
  • Solid knowledge of the Enterprise IT landscape and product acumen
  • Ability to build trustful relationships with top-level executives
  • Direct Sales experience and understanding of selling SaaS is a bonus
