Axios is seeking a results-driven Director of Client Management to lead a high-performing team, manage key partnerships, and focus on client retention. The Director will oversee event logistics, client relationships, and strategic collaborations, ensuring operational excellence and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for top-tier event partners
• Manage event logistics from contract to execution
• Partner with marketing, production, and operations
• Work with sales and revenue team
• Track relationships from post-event to presale
• Offer strategic recommendations

Requirements

• 10+ years of events experience
• Proven client/relationship management experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
• Willingness to work occasional early mornings and late nights
• Willingness to travel regularly
