CueBox is a startup building modern software for performing arts and cultural organizations. The Chief of Staff will work directly with the CEO to lead client, operations and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead client-related operations including onboarding and client success
Refine client onboarding, support and training process
Develop relationships with clients to understand their challenges and needs
Partner with the CEO on key growth initiatives
Requirements
2-3+ years of management consulting experience
Client-facing/client-management experience
Strong interest in technology and/or arts/culture
Proficient at using basic MS tools such as Excel, Powerpoint
