The Floor Leader supports the Store Management Team in all areas of the business, driving sales, analyzing results, and leading training sessions. They create an exceptional customer experience and a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Drive sales and provide coaching to the sales team
Lead by example in delivering a world-class customer experience
Educate customers on Lush brand values
Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations
Train and coach Sales Ambassadors
Encourage open communication and actively listen to team members perspectives
Manage cash handling and store opening/closing
Monitor employee breaks
Maintain a clean and organized store
Train team on inventory best practices
Ensure staff compliance with company standards
Requirements
1+ year of customer service and sales experience
Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures
Supervisory experience including coaching, feedback, and training
Problem-solving skills related to customer service
Experience in a fast-paced team environment
Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
