Steer is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join their Customer Success team to drive the success of their software solutions in the automotive industry. This is a remote position with a $55k annual base salary + 10% bonus.
Responsibilities
Help customers onboard and use Steer/ AutoOps
Fulfill customer website edit requests using the Duda platform
Check in with customers during their free trial
Convert customers from free trial to paid
Track and monitor customer issues and requests
Prioritize and complete tasks within SLA
Collaborate with departments to drive successful launches
Maintain documentation of common requests
Proactively identify and mitigate cancellations
Build and cultivate customer relationships
Provide strategic insights and feedback to the Product team
Requirements
1+ years of onboarding experience
Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar CRM tool
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Ability to manage escalations
Fast learner
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
Experience working in the automotive technology industry (Nice to have)
Experience at a CRM or SaaS company (Nice to have)
Experience working in a high-growth startup environment (Nice to have)
