Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ClearEdge, your mission is to identify and attract top talent to support our customers' critical missions. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers and candidates, delivering a seamless and thoughtful recruiting experience from first contact through onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Review job descriptions and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Extend offers, initiate background checks, and support onboarding
  • Maintain accurate candidate records for EEO compliance
  • Promote ClearEdge culture and benefits
  • Participate in job fairs and recruiting events
  • Track and report recruiting metrics

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proficiency in job boards, sourcing tools, and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications
  • Experience supporting both technical and non-technical hiring needs
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
  • Experience recruiting within government contracting or the intelligence community
  • Experience with Lever, the ATS tool
  • Knowledge of EEO and OFCCP compliance
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification
  • Understanding of security clearance processes
  • Microsoft Office Specialist certification
