Responsibilities
Enforce SOPs and GMPs
Review production schedules
Ensure incident and complaint closure
Conduct safety and regulatory training
Develop plant operations training
Enforce GMPs and housekeeping
Implement process improvements
Monitor and maintain plant equipment
Review and control expenses
Develop mechanical integrity and preventative maintenance programs
Develop operating procedures
Guide employee performance
Coach production personnel
Develop Lead Operator program
Serve on Emergency Response Team
Uphold Hydrite's Standards of Excellence
Perform all duties outlined in SOPs
Participate in training activities
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Minimum five years of chemical production experience
Minimum three years of chemical production management experience
Continuous process supervision experience preferred
