Job Description

Mercury seeks a Research Operations Specialist to build frameworks that empower product teams to conduct user research. This role involves building participant panels, refining research processes, partnering with product teams, creating documentation, and championing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage participant panel and research CRM
• Refine research processes and documentation
• Implement and manage tooling and automation
• Partner with product managers, designers, marketers, and engineers
• Create documentation and educational materials
• Champion best practices for participant privacy and data security

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Research Operations, Design Operations, or similar roles
• Experience designing and optimizing efficient processes
• Proactive and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple projects
• Experience with analytics tools and automation
• Excellent communication skills
