Job Description

Reddit is seeking a strategic Head of Community Partnerships to lead efforts in supporting and enabling Reddit’s largest and most engaged subreddits. This senior leadership role involves managing a team of community-facing account managers and community strategists, focusing on deep engagement and driving sustainable success for high-impact communities.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team.
• Drive long-term engagement and product adoption strategies.
• Own CRM strategy, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Act as the voice of the customer.
• Partner with teams to facilitate feedback loops.
• Develop scalable frameworks and community success strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in community, strategic partnerships, or customer success.
• 7+ years in a leadership and management role.
• Experience managing managers and leading remote teams.
• Proven experience leading and scaling teams.
• Strong understanding of online communities and community moderation.
• Data-driven and outcomes-oriented.
• Comfort presenting to senior management.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Skilled communicator.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
