Rowan is seeking a Piercing Studio Nurse to provide safe, clean, and joyful ear-piercing experiences. The role involves customer service, studio support, inventory management, and sales, all while maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to safety guidelines. The nurse will leverage their nursing skills to perform piercings with care and precision.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and create memorable experiences
• Ensure customer safety and comfort
• Educate customers on aftercare
• Conduct ear evaluations and offer styling advice
• Maintain a sterile environment
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager
• Mentor and train new nurses
• Manage inventory and supplies
• Follow state, federal, and CDC guidelines
• Support studio metrics and sales
• Address and escalate operational concerns

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN License
• Professional and engaging customer care approach
• Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Skilled in providing technical and non-technical information
• Interest in working in a retail environment with sales goals
• Obsessive attention to detail
• Availability to work a flexible schedule
