Rowan is seeking a Piercing Studio Nurse to provide safe and joyful ear-piercing experiences. The role involves performing piercings, educating customers on aftercare, and maintaining a sterile environment. The nurse will also support studio operations and contribute to sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform ear piercings with care and precision
• Provide customer service and create a celebratory atmosphere
• Educate customers on aftercare
• Maintain a sterile environment
• Support studio operations
• Ensure inventory and supplies are stocked
• Follow state, federal, and CDC guidelines
• Support sales and achieve studio metrics
• Address and escalate operational concerns

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN License
• Professional and engaging customer care approach
• Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Skilled in providing technical and non-technical information
• Interest in working in a retail environment with sales goals
• Obsessive attention to detail
• Availability to work a flexible schedule
