Rowan is seeking a Piercing Studio Nurse to provide safe, clean, and joyful ear-piercing experiences, leveraging nursing skills and expertise. The role involves customer service, studio support, inventory management, and sales, ensuring a celebratory atmosphere and adherence to clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and joyful ear-piercing experiences
• Create memorable customer experiences
• Ensure customer safety and comfort
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Educate customers on aftercare
• Conduct ear evaluations and offer styling advice
• Monitor and resolve customer issues
• Maintain a sterile environment
• Provide personalized piercing services
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager
• Mentor and train new nurses
• Manage inventory and supplies
• Follow state and federal guidelines
• Support studio metrics and sales
• Address and escalate operational concerns

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN License
• Professional and engaging customer care approach
• Warm, friendly, team player
• Skilled in providing technical and non-technical information
• Interest in retail and sales
• Obsessive attention to detail
• Availability to work a flexible schedule
• Open to all experience levels
